Matt's construction of our new home back in 2021 under his company MHB Custom Homes has been a great experience. He took care of all the items needing attention at the end of the construction phases and continued to help with answering questions and visiting our home for a couple of follow-ups. He recently came by to help me with questions about adding a water softener by helping me find the incoming water line in the attic. Matt is so personable and helpful and I highly recommend using him to build your next home!

We first came to know Matt, from MHB Custom Homes, in 2022 when we helped with my sister’s move from California to Texas. MHB Custom Homes built their beautiful new house in Weatherford. We spent a week at their new home, and we were able to see firsthand the quality work that MHB Custom Homes delivers. My sister and brother-in-law had high praise for working with Matt and so when we decided to move to Weatherford, we also used MHB to build our new house. Construction of our home began in September 2023 and it was completed in May 2024. Communication was key especially since we were in California but our house was being built in Texas. Matt kept in constant contact with us about the house build, what stage the build was at and what items would need to be chosen at different steps along the way. It was great when we finally saw our completed beautiful home in person. Overall, it was a great experience having our house built from the ground up, having major input on the house design and having MHB Custom Homes as our builder. Matt at MHB built our custom home in 2022. We knew after meeting Matt for the first time he would be our builder. Guest Bathroom Remodel

We couldn't be happier with our guest bathroom remodel. Having used a few different contractors for different jobs, there was always something lacking, such as communication or quality of work. Matt was very responsive to our needs while figuring out the design we had in mind. He was very up front & honest about costs & set realistic expectations. The end result is nothing short of amazing & we look forward to using him and his team for our master bathroom remodel in the future.

Matt is an amazing builder and really listens to his clients. While he did not build my home I enlisted him in building a patio addition to my backyard. He said it would take a few weeks and it turned into only 5 days. He enlisted the designer of my home and together they made the addition look as if it had always been here. I will forever love my patio and the thoroughness that Matt gave it. Will recommend him to anyone that is wanting to build and new home or to possibly add in to their existing.
